Hydraulic Force-Boosted Fishing System

Products Introduce

Introduction:

The hydraulic boosting fishing system consists of two parts: a hydraulic booster and a telescopic shut-off valve. It is a downhole tool designed to provide significant pulling or pushing force for well operations. The booster cylinder utilizes high-pressure fluid delivered from the surface to the downhole, generating variable pulling or pushing forces within the internal annular fluid chamber. This action drives other tools connected to the booster cylinder to perform a series of operations, whether pulling upward or pushing downward. The system addresses the challenge of insufficient transmission of force or inadequate strength when surface equipment, such as drill pipes or coiled tubing, attempts to transfer pulling or pushing forces downhole. When combined with the telescopic shut-off valve, the system can be activated multiple times.

Features and Benefits:

★ Enhance the operational tonnage of workover rigs to effectively resolve downhole sticking issues.

★ The pulling or pushing force acts directly on the stuck point, unaffected by tubular friction, making it suitable for horizontal wells.

★ Capable of repeated pulling operations; if re-encountering downhole resistance,it can re-anchor and perform secondary pulling.
