Introduction:

This tool utilizes a pressure-torque conversion mechanism to instantly retract when torque or weight on bit (WOB) exceeds rated values, rapidly reducing WOB and torque to prevent further exacerbation of stick-slip effects. As the torque peak passes, the energy stored in the compressed pressure-torque conversion mechanism is released, restoring tool stroke and WOB. This process completes within milliseconds and operates in a continuous cycle.A  specially designed end accumulator balances the downward force generated by mud flow through the bit nozzles. The tool initiates protective action the moment the bit contacts the wellbore, preventing bit cutter breakage caused by unbalanced mud pressure.
